Elspeth brings a gentle, individualised approach to supporting families, where each parent’s style and beliefs guide the care provided. With over 20 years of experience in midwifery and nursing, more than 10 years as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), and as a mother of two herself, she combines professional expertise with genuine personal understanding.

Elspeth has been part of the Bundle team for the past four years, providing personalised midwifery and lactation support to help families work towards their own feeding and parenting goals. She believes there is no “one size fits all” approach, and that small, thoughtful adjustments at the right time can make a meaningful difference for both baby and family.

Elspeth offers appointments during pregnancy to help families prepare for feeding and early parenting, as well as support during the postnatal period at Bundle House.

With a postgraduate diploma in child development and community family health, and over a decade of experience in Child and Family Health, Elspeth has the qualifications and experience to support parents through common concerns, developmental changes, and the many “Is this normal?” questions that arise beyond the early weeks and into the toddler years.

As an Endorsed Midwife and registered Medicare provider with prescribing rights, Elspeth is able to provide comprehensive care, including prescriptions when appropriate and Medicare rebates for eligible services—helping families access truly holistic support throughout their feeding and parenting journey.
