Scott is an Endocrinologist available for private consultations at Cabrini Malvern and The Bays Consulting Suites in Mornington.

Scott graduated from Monash University and completed his fellowship in Endocrinology through the Royal Australian College of Physicians, training across Alfred Health, Peninsula Health, and Latrobe Regional Health (LRH).

Scott cares for a full range of endocrine and hormonal conditions, with a commitment to patient-centred care.   He has a special interest in menopause and osteoporosis, endocrine conditions in pregnancy, thyroid and pituitary disease and weight management.

Scott has significant expertise in managing diabetes-related complications and was instrumental in establishing a National Association of Diabetes Centres (NADC) accredited High-Risk Foot Clinic. 

He is an empathetic clinician with a commitment to excellence and strives to empower individuals to achieve optimal health outcomes

Can Dr McNeil manage my diabetes in pregnancy? +

Yes.  Scott has a keen interest in caring for pregnant women with both pre-existing and gestational diabetes.  He will work closely with your pregnancy care team and for private patients birthing at The Bays Hospital provides comprehensive birth planning and inpatient care during your stay. 

Does Dr McNeil manage Perimenopause & Menopause? +

Scott consults on a full range of menopausal concerns and will provide comprehensive care plans including lifestyle, medical and hormonal therapies as indicated by your individual circumstances.  He has a particular interest in osteoporosis and prevention of complications related to this and considers this a key part of post-menopausal management

Can I see Dr McNeil for weight management? +

Yes.  Scott is passionate about weight management, providing comprehensive care that includes tailored dietary and exercise advice, as well as the judicious use of medications to support patient goals.
