Dr Kelly Griffin is a highly experienced specialist Obstetrician and Gynaecologist and the founder of Bundle Women’s Health. She is known for combining clinical expertise with warmth, honesty and a deeply personal approach to caring for women and their families.
Kelly graduated with Honours in Medicine from Monash University in 2004 and became a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in 2013. She has since worked across both public and private practice, providing comprehensive obstetric and gynaecological care to women on the Mornington Peninsula. Her experience encompasses general and high-risk obstetrics, acute women’s health and a broad range of outpatient and surgical gynaecology.
Alongside her clinical practice, Kelly is actively involved in medical leadership, education and mentoring. She is Chair of the Maternity Committee and a member of the Medical Advisory Committee at The Bays Hospital, a long-standing RANZCOG training supervisor and a Monash University medical student examiner. She is passionate about supporting the next generation of doctors and contributing to safe, thoughtful and continually improving maternity care.
Kelly founded Bundle Women’s Health in 2020 from a belief that women deserve more than excellent clinical treatment alone. She envisioned a place where women would feel genuinely known and supported, with trusted practitioners working collaboratively rather than in isolation. Under her leadership, Bundle has grown into a multidisciplinary women’s health community offering connected, evidence-based care through pregnancy, parenthood and every stage of a woman’s life.
Kelly’s approach is compassionate, practical and individualised. She recognises that every woman arrives with her own experiences, priorities and concerns, and values taking the time to listen, explain and help each patient feel confident in the decisions she makes about her health.
Having lived on the Mornington Peninsula for nearly two decades, Kelly feels deeply connected to the community she serves. She is raising her three children locally and spends much of her time outside work supporting their seemingly endless sporting pursuits. An enthusiastic runner and Pilates and fitness devotee, Kelly also loves bay swimming, Peninsula sunrises and the region’s beautiful food and wine culture.
